Rethinking a Grade II listed Victorian flat in West London, we collaborated with Polysmiths to sensitively transform the property while honouring its historic character. A new timber-framed, glazed mezzanine creates a light-filled additional living space, carefully inserted to complement the original architecture.

 

Period details, including the ornate cornices, were meticulously reinstated, while bespoke joinery elevates the interiors and introduces efficient, considered storage. The result is a refined blend of heritage craftsmanship and contemporary design, tailored to the needs of modern living.
