The proposal aims to create a new narrative of home through healthy social and environmental order where the boundaries of the daily life expand through a network of spaces. The spatial design carries out the role of creating an age friendly inclusive living that creates a sense of community. Focusing on sustainability, the primary consideration is on the well-being of users followed by low environmental impact of building that also benefits the society. The architectural design aims to lower both the embedded and operational carbon footprints by practical and technical applications. Being a modular structure, the project as a whole presents an affordable, adaptable and scalable solution for the housing sector in the UK.
