Work
Every project starts with a conversation. We take time to understand how you live, what you need, and what you're dreaming of — then we guide you through every step, from first sketch to final handover.

Initial Consultation
We begin with a call or a visit to your home to understand your brief, assess the possibilities, and talk through your aspirations and budget. This is a no-pressure conversation — our job at this stage is to listen, ask the right questions, and give you an honest picture of what's achievable.

Initial Design
Using a 3D model of your existing home, we develop an initial proposal that responds to your brief, your site, and the way you live. We explore ideas together in design meetings, and we refine the design based on your feedback.

Planning Application
We prepare and submit your planning application on your behalf, liaise directly with the council, and manage the process through to a decision. Where useful, we'll arrange a pre-application consultation first to reduce risk and agree the optimal strategy before formal submission.

Technical Design & Building Regulations
Once planning is secured, we develop the full technical design - detailing materials, finishes, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and mechanical systems. We coordinate with structural engineers and other specialists to produce a complete drawing set ready for contractor pricing and Building Regulations approval.

On-Site Support
We visit regularly during construction to inspect the works, manage the contractor, and make sure your vision is built exactly as designed.
